You Want to Get Time Credits Applied to Your Rating for Cruising Equipment on Your Boat (configuration adjustments): FREE, Just Fill Out the Form
Your Dog Ate Your Certificate: FREE, Just Print Out a New One
You Want a Temporary Rating: $60
You Made Modifications to Your Boat That Warrant a Rating Review: Do Not Pay Us Until You Receive an Invoice from the Fleet Secretary. Not All Updates Require a Rating Review. You Will Receive an Invoice if a Rating Review is Necessary. Cost is $50.
How To Pay Us
There are three ways to make a payment to us.

PAYPAL for Everything Except Boat Modifications

PAY BY ZELLE
– Go to your banking website on your computer or to your banking app on your phone.
– Go to the Payments section, then go to Send Money With Zelle
– Search for and add “phrfsocal” to your list of payee’s
– Put your sail number and what you are paying for (renewal, new certificate, etc) in the messages field so we can connect your payment to your membership. Without this information we may not be able to connect your payment to your membership.
PAY BY CHECK
– Write a check payable to “PHRF of Southern California”
– Put your sail number and what you are paying for (renewal, new owner, etc) on the memo line
